At Auto Car Paint, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
